If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Nature of Service

ETZ-Swap is a non-custodial cryptocurrency swap service.

We do not:

Store user balances
Provide custodial wallets
Operate trading accounts

Each transaction is processed independently.

Control of funds remains with the user until the swap is executed.

3. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

Providing correct wallet addresses
Sending funds on the correct network
Reviewing transaction details before confirmation

Blockchain transactions are irreversible.

ETZ-Swap is not responsible for user input errors.

4. Right to Refuse or Delay

ETZ-Swap may delay or refuse a transaction in cases of:

Technical instability
Network congestion
Suspicious or irregular activity
Risk signals triggered by internal systems

If a swap cannot be completed, funds are returned to the original sending address whenever technically possible (except in cases where the source address is identified as a hot wallet or exchange-controlled address).
